A self-taught artist born and raised in East London, (formerly known as Mr Hyperrealism).
Kevin showed an interest in art from an early age from having seen his older sister drawing.
Art was his favourite subject in school because he was able to express how he felt. He experimented with various art mediums from crayons, colour pencils to watercolours and acrylic. He had discovered his passion and with this new profound discovery, kept pushing the boundaries of what he could do. Capturing landscapes of magnificent scenery, animals, Marvel superheroes and portraits of inspirational people, Kevin's work became incredibly photo-realistic.
In 2014 he began acquiring commissions and during that year gifted a portrait oil painting to 'Jermaine Jackman' The Voice UK Winner 2014 at Hackney's Town Hall in front a crowd of people some of which were Ed Miliband, Rudolph Walker and Meg Hillier. Late 2014 Kevin went on to paint arguably the most powerful man in the world on a dollar bill. This painting is what we know to be 'The Billion Dollar Painting' (owned by Barak Obama himself), which was for his final year as President of the United States.
Kevin's art will continue to develop. Being passionate about what he does, aspiring to encourage others to acknowledge the importance of his art - whether the moments made in history captured or taking you on a brand new artistic journey he welcomes you to his world.
