DELIVERY

 UNITED KINGDOM  

We are pleased to offer free UK delivery on all artwork orders. 

You will receive your delivery by DPD so you can track your order while it's enroute via www.dpd.co.uk, using the tracking number provided when your order has been shipped. 

Please allow for 2-4 working days for us to process and ship all UK orders.
 

EUROPEAN UNION 

Delivery within the EU is available for £35 and delivery will be passed to your local/national delivery provider once your order has left the UK. We'll provide you with all the tracking information as soon as your order is ready for delivery.  
 

UNITED STATES

Delivery to the United States is available for £75. Please note that due to recent changes in US custom laws we are required to submit a social security number with all orders to clear customers. We will never share your information with anyone except the carrier of your artwork. 
 

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery outside the EU or United States is available for £150. Delivery will be passed to your local/national delivery provider once your order has left the UK. We'll provide you with all the tracking information as soon as your order is ready for delivery. Please note that international delivery times will vary depending on destination. 

RETURNS

You have the right to return an order up to 7 days after delivery. You should ensure that artworks to be returned are packaged safely and that they are returned back to us in its original condition within 7 days.
Any orders returned outside of the 7-day return policy will not be accepted.

 

 Although we ensure that all artwork is in excellent condition before dispatching, on rare occasions orders can be damaged whilst in transit. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged or incorrect artwork. We require photographs to be taken of the damage immediately and sent to info@kevingillart.com. 

To return an artwork please send an email to info@kevingillart.com with your order information and the reason for requesting the return. Please ensure to repack the artwork using the original packaging. Once the artwork has safely arrived with us, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original payment method. Any damaged returns caused by improper packaging will not be accepted for a refund. 

 

Please ensure that a reliable delivery method is used when returning your order ​as we do not cover the cost of return postage.
